After leaving Secondary School teaching behind, I have never once looked back. Having successfully run my own classes in the local area since 2000 as well as teaching at local health clubs, I have built a wealth of knowledge and experience to understand womens fitness needs.

I am qualified as a Personal Trainer, but have also completed Pilates for menopause, pregnancy, back care, pelvic floor health & disfunction and Reformer courses, completed the Neuro-Linguistic Programme, have a Level 3 Diploma in Yoga and attained a Level 3 Nutrition Diploma, including Weight Management and Sports Nutrition.
